OBJ # 2   GUIDE # 2/3  PAST PERFECT TENSE. (PASADO PERFECTO)

I- he- she- it- you- we- they.
Example: Ann had bought a beautiful dress.
Ex: Ann had bought a beautiful dress.   (declarative sentence)
Had Ann bought a beautiful dress?        (interrogative sentence)
Yes, she had,                                          (affirmative short answer)
Yes, she had bought a beautiful dress.   (affirmative long answer)
No, she hadnt                                         (negative short answer)
No, she hadnt bought a beautiful dress. (negative long answer)
Ejemplos de oraciones interrogativas WH---
*WHERE HAD THEY GONE ON VACATIONS LAST YEAR?
They had gone to Bolivar City on vacations last year.
*WHAT HAD SHE DONE ON SATURDAY?
She had cleaned her house on saturday.

***HAD NOT= HADN'T

He was born somewhere in the Venezuelan plains region around 1790, and fought in the Campaign of the Plains and the Battle of Carabobo. He was famous for his loyalty. Historians say that in the Battle of Carabobo, the brave Afro-Venezuelan approached General Páez, showed him his fatal wounds and said: "My General, I am not afraid, I came to tell you good bye because Iam dead".
